Position Overview:

We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable preschool educators to become part of our Abacus Family.

Key Responsibilities of the Preschool Lead Teacher:

  • Adhere to all state regulations and Abacus policies.
  • Provide care and meet the developmental needs of all children under your supervision.
  • Implement the curriculum and prepare weekly lesson plans.
  • Document and track daily activities.
  • Monitor and record developmental milestones.
  • Engage in direct communication with parents regarding their child's progress.

Qualifications for the Preschool Lead Teacher:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Fulfill all state requirements for preschool educators.
