Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team at Clear Channel Communications, Inc. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for generating advertising revenue and meeting sales targets through the creation and renewal of sales contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their advertising goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales contracts and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Determine project pricing based on established guidelines and negotiate fees or services with clients, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction, and providing regular updates and progress reports.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing the value of our advertising solutions and driving sales growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to differentiate our services and drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications.
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive sales experience, with a proven track record of business-to-business sales success.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and delivering results in a competitive market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
