Ad Sales Manager

At Z1 Media, we are seeking a highly skilled Ad Sales Manager to join our team. As an Ad Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and close business with targeted agency and advertiser accounts
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a unified vision when corresponding with clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Account Management, Sales Planning, and Publishing to ensure client campaign expectations are clear, on time, and in budget
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction to generate renewals and increase incremental revenue
  • Reach and exceed company and personal sales goals
  • Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date account and opportunity plans
  • Maintain an accurate forecast and healthy pipeline of opportunities
  • Achieve all KPIs for allocated sales patch

Requirements:

  • 4-8 years of digital ad sales experience, ideally within video
  • Previous technology platform experience a significant plus
  • Deep relationships with VP-level and above contacts at top-tier agencies and advertisers
  • Understanding of the digital video marketplace
  • Desire to work in a changing, fast-paced startup environment
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Driven, passionate, and an ultimate team player
