**Job Summary**

As an Insurance Administration Executive at MyCareersFuture, you will play a crucial role in managing administrative tasks, maintaining client records, and processing insurance claims. This position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to deliver excellent service.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Perform general administrative duties, including invoicing, quotations, printing, mailing, and filing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including insurance policies, renewals, and claims.
  • Process and follow up on motor insurance claims in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with inquiries and follow-ups related to motor insurance policies.
  • Prepare and distribute necessary documentation for policy renewals and claims.
  • Coordinate with insurance companies and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform assigned ad-hoc duties as needed.

**Requirements**

  • Diploma in Administration, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of work experience in a similar administrative capacity.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • 5-day work week.
