Key Responsibilities
- Deliver timely and accurate claims updates to internal and external customers, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with stakeholders.
- Ensure all claim requirements are addressed promptly to facilitate timely closure, adhering to procedures, guidelines, and compliance regulations.
- Process claims accurately and efficiently, utilizing your knowledge of insurance policies and procedures.

- Transfer knowledge to others to improve one-stop claims service delivery and address potential risks with best practices.
Requirements
- Possess a Diploma, Degree, or Professional Insurance Qualification, with a strong understanding of insurance principles and practices.
- Skilled in using MS Office applications, with proficiency in data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
- Candidates with customer service/call centre experience are highly desirable, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
