Job Title: Senior Program Protection Specialist

System One Holdings, LLC is seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Protection Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing, overseeing, and directing program executive offices related to security functions or intelligence missions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and measure performance of active/passive program security and counterintelligence measures, practices, and postures.
  • Conduct research and data-gathering to analyze complex information within operational Research & Development (R&D) / Science & Technology (S&T) environments.
  • Develop and deliver high-level briefings to senior staff and executives, as well as author and edit DoD issuances, Program Protection Plans, and Security Classification Guides.
  • Stay up-to-date on intelligence, counterintelligence, and security policies, principles, and procedures, including those for collateral and Sensitive Compartmented Information missions and functions.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience within the DoD or IC, ideally related to program management, oversight, planning, directing, and/or execution of a program executive office specific to a security function or an intelligence mission.
  • Excellent research and data-gathering skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex information.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of individuals and echelons.
  • Previous experience authoring and delivering high-level briefings, as well as authoring or editing DoD issuances, Program Protection Plans, and Security Classification Guides.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Broad understanding of the pacing threats posed from principal adversaries as it relates to Great Power Competition in AI, Data, and Analytics.
  • Ability to rapidly understand and apply new concepts.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.
Security Clearance:

To be considered, you must have a CURRENT/ACTIVE TS/SCI-level security clearance.

Falls Church, VA (partial Telework eligible)
