Job Overview

The Human Resources Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting HR functions and operational leaders in executing daily HR activities. This position is essential for the effective implementation of HR initiatives across the organization. The Coordinator assists in various HR tasks, including reporting, administration, and other essential HR functions.

Compensation Details: The hourly wage for this role is set at $18/hour, subject to factors such as the applicant's qualifications, relevant experience, educational background, and market conditions. Additional earnings may include bonuses or commissions where applicable. This represents Aramark's good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position at the time of posting.

If selected, the employee will be in an 'at-will position,' and Aramark retains the right to adjust the base salary and any other discretionary compensation programs at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to individual performance, departmental performance, and market influences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize HR systems to generate reports
  • Assist in managing and tracking the employee recognition program
  • Provide necessary data and information for investigations in collaboration with HR Managers
  • Oversee the benefits administration
  • Facilitate the Annual Performance Review process for frontline staff in conjunction with management
  • Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees
  • Coordinate with third-party administrators for workers' compensation, FMLA, and Short-Term Disability claims.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources is preferred
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • A high level of customer service and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience managing a large employee base is preferred
