Lead Behavioral Consultant Expert

Are you a skilled behavioral consultant looking to take on a leadership position and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children, youth, and families? Northern Children's Services is seeking an experienced Lead Behavioral Consultant to join our team.
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Our compensation package includes comprehensive health insurance, life insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan with generous matching contributions.
Job Summary: As a Lead Behavioral Consultant, you will be responsible for supervising the provision of intensive behavioral health services to children and families. You will work closely with our team of behavioral consultants and technicians to develop and implement treatment plans that promote positive outcomes and support individual growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership: Provide guidance and support to junior staff members, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed in their roles.
- Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each child and family.
- Clinical Direction: Provide clinical direction and oversight to ensure that all services are delivered in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
- Communication: Maintain regular communication with schools, families, and other stakeholders to ensure that everyone is informed and engaged in the treatment process.
- Documentation: Ensure that all records are accurate, complete, and up-to-date, and that all documentation meets regulatory requirements.
- Education: Master's degree in a clinical mental health discipline, such as psychology or social work.
- Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or equivalent.
- Experience: At least one year of full-time paid experience in the mental health field, with a focus on behavioral consulting and treatment planning.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations and stakeholders.
