POSITION SUMMARY

As an integral member of Clean Scapes, the Account Manager for the Maintenance Division is crucial in driving the success of a diverse portfolio of accounts. This role encompasses building robust client relationships, managing teams, overseeing resources, and ensuring alignment with financial objectives. You will establish goals, prioritize tasks, and set timelines based on client needs, working collaboratively with dynamic teams to deliver outstanding service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Account Oversight: Direct the planning and implementation of landscape maintenance, enhancement, and irrigation initiatives, ensuring compliance with quality benchmarks and timelines to enhance property aesthetics and profitability.
  • Exceptional Client Engagement: Deliver superior service to all clients through proactive communication, relationship building, problem resolution, and diligent follow-up.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Effectively liaise with account managers, arbor managers, enhancement managers, crew leaders, and other departments to guarantee high-quality service and well-maintained properties.
  • Financial Management: Achieve or surpass budgetary targets, ensuring timely billing and proposal completion.
  • Team Leadership: Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring team members, managing personnel to meet efficiency, safety, and productivity standards.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards in all operations.
  • Financial Oversight: Regularly monitor accounts receivable to ensure prompt collection of all dues.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in the commercial landscaping sector is advantageous, but we welcome candidates from diverse industries. We prioritize strong communication skills, problem-solving capabilities, a service-oriented mindset, and a commitment to personal and professional growth.
  • While a degree is beneficial, we value practical experience and the skills developed in the workplace.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

We recognize the value of our employees and offer a competitive compensation structure. Salary is commensurate with experience. This position is full-time and classified as a W2 employee role.
