We are currently seeking a highly organized individual to take on the role of Landscape Operations Manager. In this position, you will oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of our clients' landscapes and irrigation systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and train production teams.
  • Schedule workforce assignments effectively.
  • Recruit employees and subcontractors through various channels.
  • Conduct quality control assessments for maintenance projects.
  • Perform weekly property inspections.
  • Engage with clients regularly to review property conditions.
  • Oversee budgets and labor management.
  • Report directly to the company owner.
Desired Experience:
  • Experience in commercial landscape maintenance and construction.
  • Proficient in plant identification.
  • Possession of an irrigation license is advantageous.
Essential Skills:
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • General knowledge of irrigation systems.
  • Familiarity with plant species.
  • Understanding of blueprints, takeoffs, and hardscapes is a plus.
Additional Requirements:
  • Clean driving record.
  • Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • Professional appearance is essential.
  • Must have reliable transportation for commuting.
