Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a commercial vehicle while adhering to all DOT regulations.
  • Deliver landscaping products to various job sites within a designated radius, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Conduct thorough pre and post-trip inspections to maintain vehicle safety and compliance.
  • Verify and confirm inventory loaded on the vehicle, ensuring all delivery documentation is accurate.
  • Perform job site inspections to assess and document any existing conditions that may affect delivery.
  • Capture photographic evidence of all delivered products in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
  • Ability to lift and handle building materials weighing up to 100 lbs.
  • Previous experience operating a forklift or similar equipment is advantageous.
  • Proven track record of safe driving with no recent serious violations.
  • Familiarity with DOT and OSHA safety regulations is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age, or 21 for specific roles involving interstate transport.
  • Successful completion of a drug test and possession of a current DOT medical certificate is required.
