About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape Crew Member to join our team at ABC Home and Commercial Services. As a key member of our outdoor services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality of work in all aspects of landscaping and hardscaping.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide professional and courteous service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Landscaping and Hardscaping: Perform a variety of tasks related to landscaping and hardscaping, including but not limited to:
    • Preparing work sites for landscaping and hardscaping projects
    • Removing or installing trees, shrubs, plants, sod, and mulch
    • Laying slabs, small rock walls, and other types of rock work
    • Outdoor kitchens and grills
  • Equipment Operation: Learn and operate all necessary equipment, including but not limited to:
    • Trucks and trailers
    • Tractors and mowers
    • Chainsaws and pruning equipment
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective completion of projects.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License: Must hold a valid driver's license with an issue date of at least five years prior to the date of application.
  • Previous Experience: Previous landscaping and light construction experience preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in extreme temperatures and physically demanding environments.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED desired.
