Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Embedded Hardware Integration Engineer to join our team at PACCAR Global Electronics. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, integrating, and releasing electrical and electronic components and systems for heavy and medium-duty commercial truck vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and integrate electrical and electronic components and systems for commercial truck vehicles
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery
  • Develop and maintain technical requirements specifications and project management processes
  • Lead supplier relationships with tier 1 and 2 suppliers
  • Plan and track validation of components
  • Support launch at truck assembly plants and resolve field issues
  • Ensure industry-leading quality and reliability in all components

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • 7+ years of experience in automotive or commercial vehicle electrical component design and release
  • Experience with tier 1 supplier management, selection, hardware development, validation, and release
  • Embedded electronics component technical requirement specification development and execution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Competency with standard business software tools
