About the Role:
Talent4Health is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Laboratory Specialist for a travel position in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented Medical Technologist to join our team on a 13-week contract. The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week, with an 8-hour evening shift. As a Clinical Laboratory Specialist, you will be responsible for performing laboratory tests and procedures to ensure accurate diagnoses and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct laboratory tests and procedures to analyze blood samples and other specimens
- Maintain accurate records of test results and patient data
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Adhere to strict quality control measures to guarantee reliable test results

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Technologist
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and protocols
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
