Clinical Laboratory Professional

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Laboratory Scientist to join our team at KA Recruiting Inc. as a Medical Technologist generalist. This role involves performing clinical testing and associated duties in all laboratory sections, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
The successful candidate will possess a strong educational background, preferably with an ASCP Board Certification (COP) as a Medical Laboratory Scientist or equivalent nationally recognized credentials. A baccalaureate degree in Medical Technology or a related science with approved Clinical Laboratory Scientist training is highly valued. We also welcome non-traditional routes to established skill levels, provided they demonstrate equivalent experience and education.
This role offers excellent opportunities for professional growth and development, particularly for those with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Medical Technologist, you will work independently on varied shifts, including nights and weekends, with a minimum of two per month. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using the Laboratory Information System and adhering to established Safety and Infection Control procedures.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plans, and paid time off.
