We are seeking an exceptional Clinical Specialist Inpatient Therapist to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to patients across a wide range of medical and surgical specialties.
Job Description:Summary: We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients with diverse needs. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical evaluation skills and proficiency in communication and problem-solving.

- Duties: Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients with diverse needs, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, participate in ongoing clinical practice and professional development as guided by our Clinical Specialists and Clinical Directors, engage in regular Physical Therapy case conferences, and contribute to community outreach activities and student Physical Therapy programs.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients with diverse needs, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, participate in ongoing clinical practice and professional development as guided by our Clinical Specialists and Clinical Directors, engage in regular Physical Therapy case conferences, and contribute to community outreach activities and student Physical Therapy programs.
Requirements:Qualifications: A valid Massachusetts Physical Therapy license, strong clinical evaluation skills and proficiency in communication and problem-solving, experience in inpatient acute care, particularly with complex patient presentations, knowledge or experience in vestibular care and/or ICU/critical care settings, interest or experience in clinical education as a clinical instructor, and a commitment to ongoing clinical and professional development.
Benefits:We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, employee assistance programs, and tuition reimbursement and continuing education funding.
