Key Responsibilities:

Ensure exceptional customer service for both internal stakeholders and external clients consistently. Aim to create a

memorable experience for event planners and participants, fostering opportunities for repeat and referral business.

Respond promptly and professionally to all inquiries from internal teams and external clients, providing clear

and concise communication that reflects the values of Concord Hospitality across all communication channels.

Exhibit outstanding time management, self-motivation, and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.

Prepare for and engage in all necessary internal meetings, conference calls, reporting, planning, and other

communications pertinent to this role. Additionally, prepare for and participate in client site visits, tasting sessions, pre- and

post-event planning meetings, networking opportunities, and other client-focused gatherings.

Efficiently oversee and manage all elements of the pre-event, event, and post-event processes: Track,

detail, and communicate the specifics of each assigned event and group, including but not limited to room

allocations, meeting venues, special arrangements, group history, and other essential reports, deadlines, contract

terms, group summaries, event orders, billing details, and other critical components of events.
