Senior Construction Manager

The Sr. Construction Manager will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and exceptional quality. This role requires strong leadership, preconstruction management, and procurement skills, as well as effective communication with project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and execution of construction projects
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
Coordinate procurement activities to ensure timely acquisition of materials and services
Oversee compliance with safety regulations and construction standards
Facilitate communication among project teams, clients, and external stakeholders
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of construction management experience with a focus on project management and procurement
Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards
Experience in MEP Data Center, Public Schools, and Manufacturing projects is a plus
