Job Title: District Manager

Are you a seasoned construction professional looking for a challenging role that will utilize your skills and experience? We are seeking a highly motivated and organized District Manager to join our team at Heico Construction Group.

Job Summary:

The District Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of district operations, ensuring that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and direct a team of professionals to achieve our company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement district sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
  • Ensure the safety and security of all employees by enforcing company policies and procedures, as well as all applicable governmental laws and regulations.
  • Identify and develop realistic goals and objectives for the district that promote growth and are supportive of the company's overall strategy.
  • Maximize profitability while maintaining a focus on long-term growth and quality.
  • Supervise and organize field operations to minimize costs without compromising safety or quality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve concerns regarding constructability with project teams.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to enhance the company's ability to procure future projects.
Requirements:
  • An undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, or a related field, and a minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of all phases of concrete construction, including installation of rebar and post-tension systems, concrete placement, formwork systems, and layout.
  • A proven ability to successfully analyze, price, sell, and manage multiple projects consistent with company policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, as well as customers and subcontractors.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to efficiently analyze and organize significant amounts of information regarding job site productivities, quality procedures, and safety initiatives.
  • A proven ability to make decisions and follow through on commitments, and who exhibits strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook).
  • A proven ability to successfully manage multiple tasks of varying degrees of scope and complexity.
  • The ability to read and analyze financial statements, such as P&Ls and key financial indicator reports.
  • Advanced knowledge of safety work rules and relevant OSHA requirements and regulations.
