Job Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Manager Assistant to join our team at Upstate University Hospital. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Trauma division, including scheduling appointments, relaying messages, and scanning documents. You will work closely with patients, physicians, residents, clinic staff, management, and other administrative personnel to ensure efficient communication among all parties.

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling appointments and relaying messages;
  • Scanning and filing documents in a fast-paced environment;
  • Working closely with patients, physicians, residents, clinic staff, management, and other administrative personnel;
  • Utilizing knowledge of medical processes and office procedures;
  • Effectively communicating and accurately documenting via Epic EHR system.

Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree or pertinent college-level courses;
  • Two years of administrative/office management experience;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong organizational and communication skills;
  • Knowledge of medical processes and office procedures.
