Job Title: Executive Office Support Specialist

Central Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center seeks an experienced Business Office Assistant to support the smooth operation of our business office. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong focus on attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
  • General Office Duties: Perform various administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and processing paperwork with high accuracy.
  • Data Accuracy: Maintain precise records and conduct daily census reconciliation to ensure data integrity.
  • Accounts Management: Oversee overdue accounts, collaborate with corporate teams, and maintain effective account management.
  • Client Communication: Respond to billing matters, engage in in-person interactions, email correspondence, and mail statement distribution.
  • Medicaid Compliance: Submit LDSS 3559 forms as required, ensuring timely compliance.
  • Admission Paperwork: Process admission agreements and financial interviews with residents and their families.
  • Medicaid Assistance: Support Medicaid application and recertification processes for residents.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate seamless communication between departments regarding insurance coverage.
  • Mail Processing: Efficiently handle mail, maintain accurate records, and store confidential documents securely.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records, analyze data, and optimize office efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is essential.
  • Office Knowledge: Possess general office procedures knowledge.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience: Minimum two years of experience in a nursing home business office environment.
  • Team Player: Collaborate effectively with the team to drive office success.
