Job Title: Administrative Manager

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at Perfect Search. As the first point of contact for clients, this role requires a high level of professionalism and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet clients, ensuring a positive experience
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls, while updating calendars and scheduling meetings
  • Manage office supplies and catering needs, as well as plan events and celebrations
  • Prepare reports and materials for meetings, maintain phone extensions, and employee databases
  • Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and filing, assist with payroll, AP, AR, and budget tracking
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years administration experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent attention to detail, strong customer focus, and communication skills
