Company Overview

Jacuzzi Group, a renowned manufacturer of functional products for homes and outdoor spaces, is seeking an experienced Business Administration Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of its office.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising all office operations, including payment reconciliation, accounts receivables, customer communication, and customer satisfaction. They will also manage customer experience through proper planning with the Customer Care Team and Sr. Production Manager to ensure installation goals are met. Additional responsibilities include collecting customer payments, following up on missing payments, ensuring compliance with company standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, OSHA, safety, and complete and on-time delivery. The successful candidate will also drive a safety-minded culture and ensure a safe work environment in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise office operations, including payment reconciliation, accounts receivables, customer communication, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer experience through proper planning with the Customer Care Team and Sr. Production Manager.
  • Collect customer payments and follow up on missing payments.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, OSHA, safety, and complete and on-time delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should have 2-5 years of experience in office management or business administration management in a construction, remodeling, or manufacturing environment. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and high-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required. Experience using NetSuite or Infor is highly preferred.

Estimated Salary: $59,000+ per year, based on experience, and located in Marietta, GA. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with matching contributions.
