Administrative Assistant

In a rapidly growing investment firm located near Perimeter Mall, we are looking for a highly motivated Administrative Assistant to support our operations team.

This is a full-time, entry-level role with a clear path to growth and development within the organization.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Operations Team Lead to perform various administrative duties, including supporting reception, greeting clients, and maintaining client/prospect data.

The ideal candidate should have corporate work experience in customer service, operations, or administration, as well as strong communication and time management skills.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule after completion of a successful introductory period.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supporting reception and greeting clients
  2. Maintaining client/prospect data
  3. Preparing paperwork and processing new accounts
  4. Performing general back office administrative tasks

The estimated salary for this role is $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer excellent benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
