Key Responsibilities- Assist sales representatives in the creation of solution proposals for prospects, including developing a strategy on how to position our services based on the prospect's value proposition.
- Provide answers to technical questions that cannot be answered by sales representatives and help create a pricing proposal.
- Engage with prospects to understand their priority needs and customize demonstrations and presentations based on the value proposition to the prospect.
- Assist in the creation of business cases to help prospects justify the purchase of our products and services.
- Develop and maintain presentations and demonstrations for content services offerings based on our value proposition and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with our Professional Services and Configuration Teams to ensure we can deliver on the proposed solution.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computers, Sales and Marketing or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales or sales support role, or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with financial institutions on the utilization of enterprise content management capabilities to automate legacy processes in lending, treasury, retail and other areas.
- Preferred qualifications include 5+ years of experience with Hyland Onbase products, back office software solutions or TRIPS, or 7+ years in Content Services industry.
