About the Role

The Clinical Office Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating clinical office activities, under the direction of our physicians and clinical staff. This will include prioritizing incoming phone calls, assessing patient symptoms, and advising on basic treatment or referring patients to our office or emergency department. The successful candidate will also be responsible for:

  • Triaging patients and taking vital signs
  • Obtaining medical information and charting
  • Preparing exam rooms and performing other duties as assigned

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Registered Nurse license eligible to practice in the state of North Carolina
  • At least two years of experience working in a physician's office
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Basic math skills and computer literacy
  • BLS certification
