Job Overview

Bliss Car Wash is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Site Lead to join our team. As a Site Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Site Manager with daily operations, including safety, quality control, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Train and coach team members to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience in retail, guest services, or sales is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours and days as business dictates.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
