About the Role: As the Executive Assistant to the President & CEO, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of key organizational initiatives. You'll provide direct, onsite support, handling a wide variety of administrative tasks and special projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the President/CEO's schedule, appointments, and events efficiently
  • Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the executive team
  • Organize and prepare materials for Board and executive-level meetings
  • Prioritize and respond to emails and calls in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records and important documents
  • Coordinate with the Board of Directors and maintain Board minutes and related files
  • Handle internal and external communications with professionalism and discretion
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and vendors
  • Represent the President/CEO at meetings and events as needed
  • Manage corporate subscriptions, payments, and other administrative tasks
  • Take the initiative to foresee challenges and resolve them independently

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience: 2-4 years of administrative support experience at the Senior/Executive level (non-profit experience is a plus)
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, exceptional verbal and written communication, and a proactive attitude
  • Other Requirements: A valid Michigan driver's license with a clean driving record
