Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at our Ocean County store. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and assisting with various tasks such as stocking and folding merchandise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room to ensure a safe and inviting environment for customers.
  • Assist with product launch changes and maintain visual merchandising standards.
  • Process transactions quickly and accurately, and resolve customer service-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Drive credit and loyalty member programs by explaining benefits and encouraging customers to participate.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 0-2 years of retail experience preferred.
  • Proficient in the use of technology, including iPads and registers.
  • Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
