Solar Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Solar Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, identifying and qualifying leads, conducting site assessments, presenting proposals, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Conduct site assessments to determine solar energy system needs and feasibility
- Develop and present customized solar energy proposals to customers
- Collaborate with engineering and installation teams to ensure successful project implementation
- Closing deals and achieving sales targets
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the company's CRM system
- Attend trade shows and other industry events to promote our solar products
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and regulations
Requirements:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Familiarity with solar energy systems and related technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
