Strategic Sales Leader for Renewable Energy Solutions

Volition Industries is seeking a seasoned sales executive to drive growth and expansion in the renewable energy sector. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to maximize revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial and residential markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and construction teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts to drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Deep experience in commercial sales with a focus on renewable energy and microgrid solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the renewable energy market, including HVAC, solar, battery backup, fuel cells, and turbine technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
