Job Overview

Volition Industries is seeking a seasoned sales executive to drive growth and expansion in the renewable energy sector. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to maximize revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial and residential markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and construction teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts to drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Deep experience in commercial sales with a focus on renewable energy and microgrid solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the renewable energy market, including HVAC, solar, battery backup, fuel cells, and turbine technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

The base salary for this role is targeted between $180K - $215K per year. Final offer amount is determined by your proficiencies within this level.
