About the Role

Sunrun is seeking a highly skilled Learning Experience Designer, Direct Sales to join our team. As a key member of our Learning Experience team, you will play a critical role in supporting the training strategy and content development across Sunrun.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a high level of understanding of the sales organization, including its structure, customer journey, and policies and processes.
  • Assist in project managing the development of sales content and create high-quality learning content, including knowledge articles, slide decks, and LMS courses.
  • Ensure content stays up to date over time and review/update existing content as new content is developed.
  • Collaborate with the Learning Experience team and sales organization to develop and implement effective learning solutions.
  • Plan and measure the impact of learning initiatives and provide regular updates and alignment on weekly and monthly priorities.
Requirements
  • Background in solar and/or content creation, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience.
  • Background in sales is recommended, with a minimum of 1+ year of experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to quickly understand complexity and organize and explain it in a clear and concise way.
  • A growth mindset, with the ability to project manage and handle change well.
  • Strong technical/computer skills, with proficiency in tools such as Docs, Slides, and Sheets.
