Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business needs and ensure that functional and technical requirements are documented and communicated effectively.
  • Develop and implement a communication strategy to ensure seamless collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough investigations, analyses, and evaluations to determine the feasibility of IT projects and initiatives.
  • Prepare regular departmental status reports to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Provide regular updates to team members, including attending required meetings and following up on action items.
  • Ensure adherence to established protocols, procedures, and project plans.
  • Establish departmental goals and measurements of success to drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain clear completion criteria and acceptance plans for each project deliverable.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and communications related to IT projects and initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the success of the IT Category Management team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in contract management, with a focus on IT spend.
  • Experience in IT spend categories, supply chain management, and ERP systems.
  • Strong knowledge of IT-related systems, procedures, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration.
