- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to multi-task and work independently.
- Technical Skills: Strong computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Customer Service and Call Center Experience: Previous experience in customer service and/or call center environments.
- Patient Assistance and Reimbursement Experience: Experience in patient assistance, reimbursement, and/or pharmacy benefit management.
- Medical Billing and Coding Experience: Experience in medical billing and coding.
