Key Responsibilities:

- Order Fulfillment: Place orders for replacement parts or accessories for customers who are outside of our warranty period.
- Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email, providing clear and concise information to resolve their issues.
- Product Recommendations: Offer expert advice and recommendations to customers on our products, including setup and configuration.
- Warranty Support: Assist customers with warranty-related issues, ensuring seamless resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Participate in special projects as assigned by your manager, contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience: A minimum of a GED or equivalent work experience, with a strong background in customer service and technical support.
