Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, driving sales, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide technical support, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales or customer service experience, preferably in a related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
