Sales Representative

We're seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team at Pilot. As a Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for conducting daily cold outreach to qualified prospects, developing and implementing strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, and managing the entire sales cycle from initial call to close.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily cold outreach to qualified prospects
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial call to close
  • Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified, engaged prospects and forecast accordingly
  • Conduct consultative calls and in-person meetings to understand the needs of potential customers
  • Leverage Salesforce and SalesLoft for reporting and recording sales activities

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in a full cycle sales role
  • Proven hunter mentality with exceptional ability to prospect, uncover leads, and close deals in a competitive sales environment
  • Excellent understanding of sales process, forecasting, and pipeline management
  • Independent self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • A strong fortitude to create an effective strategy in the face of challenge
  • Highly organized with demonstrated attention to detail
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills - written and verbal - with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences
  • Customer service-oriented with a demonstrated understanding of B2B
  • Familiarity with applications such as Salesforce, Salesloft, and Slack
  • Excellent time management skills with strong follow-through and the ability to self-manage
  • Ability to learn and understand new products, technology, and software

Pilot's Pay & Perks:

  • Salary (including commission) $180,000 - $200,000 (can exceed)
