About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic part-time and full-time seasonal store associates for our South Coast Plaza location.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional service to our customers, upholding the highest operational standards, and embodying the values of Madhappy.

You will report directly to the store supervisor and manager.

This position involves working at our new location, which will be operational for a limited seasonal period.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a strong focus on brand engagement, fostering knowledge and enthusiasm among the store team.

- Greet and connect with every customer, addressing inquiries, guiding them to products, and suggesting styles that meet their preferences.

- Build and sustain relationships with returning customers, engaging with them before and after their visits.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to the leadership team for continuous improvement.
- Ensure the store's visual appeal by maintaining product displays and organization.
- Keep the store tidy by cleaning fitting rooms and displays.
- Understand merchandising strategies and provide a welcoming shopping atmosphere.
- Handle shipments, including returns and transfers, as well as online order fulfillment.
- Collaborate closely with the store manager to maintain effective communication within the team.
About You
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail.
- Preference for candidates with a background in fashion or apparel.
- Experience working in a collaborative team setting.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Commitment to the duration of the seasonal role.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Familiarity with the Madhappy brand and its mission.
