Position Overview:

This role is essential in supporting daily operations to meet sales objectives, uphold customer satisfaction, and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Manager on Duty in daily operations.
  • Deliver top-notch customer service during peak hours.
  • Maintain clear communication with management and team members.
  • Efficiently handle customer inquiries and order processing.
  • Oversee cash management during shifts.
  • Implement waste tracking and cost control best practices.
  • Encourage customers to explore additional products and services.
  • Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems for accurate order processing.
  • Ensure swift and precise payment transactions.
  • Adhere to food safety and preparation standards.
  • Assist in managing inventory and placing orders.
  • Focus on cultivating a loyal customer base.
  • Address customer complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Take on additional tasks as needed.
  • Prepare and package menu items with accuracy.
  • Keep workstations clean and organized.
  • Notify supervisors of any inventory shortages or quality concerns.
  • Comply with company policies and quality standards.
  • Engage in other assigned responsibilities.
