Position Overview:

This role is essential in supporting daily operations to meet sales objectives, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain quality standards, and uphold cleanliness and sanitation protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Manager on Duty with operational tasks.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service during peak hours.
  • Maintain effective communication with management and team members.
  • Efficiently handle customer inquiries and orders.
  • Oversee cash management during shifts.
  • Implement waste tracking procedures for cost control.
  • Encourage customers to consider additional products and services.
  • Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems for processing orders.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate payment transactions.
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and preparation guidelines.
  • Assist in managing inventory and placing orders.
  • Focus on building and retaining a loyal customer base.
  • Address customer complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed.
  • Accurately prepare and package menu items.
  • Keep workstations clean and organized.
  • Notify supervisors of any food shortages or quality concerns.
  • Comply with quality standards and company policies.
  • Engage in other assigned responsibilities.
