Position Overview:
Axiologic Solutions LLC is seeking a skilled Cost Analyst to enhance the Program Office's capability in managing expenses and invoicing processes. This pivotal role demands proactive thinking, analytical skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to federal clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the generation of invoices and oversee cost recovery operations, ensuring adherence to all relevant fiscal and audit standards.
- Create and update cost models and estimates based on comprehensive data analysis and total cost of ownership for the Program Office's service offerings.
- Employ Program Office tools to generate, dispatch, and monitor invoice statuses with clients.
- Assist in the execution and distribution of external Purchase Requests (PR) in collaboration with the CFO office.
- Monitor cost recovery in alignment with Service Agreements and fulfillment of requirements.
- Maintain effective communication with Customer Points of Contact (POCs) regarding service modifications and invoice reconciliations.
- Support the Service Agreement team in documenting customer requirements and associated costs as needed.
- Establish and refine processes for tracking and managing invoice and cost recovery timelines.
- Utilize Program Office software and tools to manage the financial aspects of the portfolio.
- Provide assistance to the Program Office and team as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Active/current TS/SCI clearance with the ability to pass a CI Polygraph.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience, including 7 years in finance, with a preference for candidates with DoD or IC backgrounds.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional training and experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with customers, teams, and leadership.
- Proven ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong orientation towards client satisfaction.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Capability to manage a high volume of tasks and projects independently.
- Familiarity with Service Now and/or Proven Optics is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools, with a willingness to learn new software and systems.
Travel Requirements:
Occasional travel may be necessary within the Washington National Capital Region for client or corporate needs.
Work Environment:
This position operates within a professional office setting, utilizing standard office equipment such as computers and phones. Regular communication within a team environment is essential.
