Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers and staff, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of loan-related issues.
  • Transaction Review: Review and certify transactions entered into loan systems and items in loan document and customer files.
  • Payment Disbursement: Monitor and manage the disbursement of payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Loan Administration: Prepare Demand Statements, close payoff files, and perform other loan administration tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: 3+ years of commercial banking loan experience, preferably on the funded side.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and ability to work within time constraints.
