What You'll Do
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Exceed customer expectations by providing outstanding service through clear communication and active listening.
  • Greet and Assist Customers: Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor, and assist them through the transaction process.
  • Process Transactions Accurately: Execute cash management, return, layaway, and exchange policies with precision and adherence to company guidelines.
  • Provide Product Information: Offer recommendations and provide product information to customers, while maintaining a welcoming store environment.
  • Work as a Team: Collaborate with other associates to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience for customers.
Essential Qualities for Success
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Possess the ability to provide outstanding service and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability: Show the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, while maintaining a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate the ability to accurately process transactions and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Physical Requirements
  • Standing and Sitting: Ability to maintain a seated or standing position for extended durations.
  • Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift, push, and/or pull a minimum of 30 pounds repetitively and 31-50 pounds intermittently.
  • Communication: Ability to effectively communicate verbally with others, both in-person and via electronic devices.
