Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, educating younger demographics on the importance of insurance, and leveraging modern sales techniques to reach and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through various digital channels, including social media and online platforms.
  • Insurance Education: Provide tailored solutions to younger demographics, educating them on the importance of insurance and its benefits.
  • Sales and Marketing: Utilize modern sales techniques and technology to reach and exceed sales targets, while staying up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in insurance sales and customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Experience: Previous sales experience or a strong desire to pursue a career in sales.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, tech-savviness, and ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Licenses: Willingness to obtain relevant insurance licenses (training provided).
