Field Case Manager

Job Summary:
Genex Services is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Field Case Manager to join our team. As a Field Case Manager, you will work closely with treating physicians, employers, customers, and injured/disabled individuals to create and implement treatment plans that promote optimal recovery and return to work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each injured/disabled individual.
- Collaborate with treating physicians and employers to modify job duties and facilitate early return to work.
- Conduct thorough assessments of injured/disabled individuals to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted interventions.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Manage complex caseloads and prioritize cases to ensure timely and effective resolution.
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- 2+ years of clinical practice experience, preferably in workers' compensation or a related field.
- URAC-recognized certification in case management (CCM, CDMS, CRC, CRRN, or COHN) preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
