About the Role

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity that requires a strong background in social services and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop personalized plans to support their well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Provide case management services to clients, including assessment, planning, and coordination of services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community resources and service providers
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Document client progress and outcomes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A 4-year degree in Social Work or a closely related field
  • 3-4 years of experience in casework or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software
