Position Overview:

The Client Relations Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting our operational needs by effectively communicating with customers, addressing inquiries, and collaborating with field personnel and management while handling various administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and assist customers with inquiries.
  • Provide support related to sales, promotions, installations, and customer communications.
  • Process transactions, including credit card payments and service plan offerings.
  • Conduct data entry and utilize various communication tools to efficiently manage resources.
  • Follow up with customers regarding permits, inspections, and service rescheduling.
  • Maintain positive customer relations and resolve claims and complaints in accordance with consumer laws.
  • Educate customers on company initiatives and gather feedback for improvement.
  • Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED is required.
2-4 years of experience in an office environment with a focus on customer assistance via phone is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is necessary.
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
A valid driver's license is required.


Preferred Skills:

Completion of college coursework is advantageous.

Physical Requirements:

Effective hearing and vision capabilities are necessary for safe operation of office equipment.
