  • Mantiene una relación favorable con los clientes internos y externos al abordar sus necesidades y problemas de manera oportuna.
  • Utiliza diversos sistemas, catálogos y otros recursos, y colabora con técnicos para identificar y adquirir las piezas de la manera más eficiente en costo y tiempo.
    Capacidad para identificar y actuar sobre oportunidades con los clientes para ofrecer productos y servicios complementarios, según corresponda.

  • Procesamiento de Pedidos - Demuestra los pasos necesarios para gestionar el procesamiento de pedidos de clientes desde la recepción del pedido, identificación de excepciones y resolución para asegurar que los pedidos se cumplan según los requisitos del cliente.
  • Conocimiento de Sistemas del Ciclo de Vida del Pedido - Demuestra los pasos dentro de cada pantalla del sistema para procesar pedidos de clientes, modificaciones de pedidos y responder a consultas de clientes para asegurar un procesamiento de pedidos preciso y oportuno.
  • Comunicación Efectiva - Desarrolla y entrega comunicaciones multimodales que transmiten una comprensión clara de las necesidades únicas de diferentes audiencias.

Educación, Licencias, Certificaciones
  • Título de secundaria o certificado de finalización de educación secundaria o experiencia equivalente en la medida en que dicha experiencia cumpla con las regulaciones aplicables.
  • Dominio de aplicaciones de Microsoft, generación de informes y habilidades avanzadas en computación.
  • Esta posición puede requerir licencias para cumplir con regulaciones de controles de exportación o sanciones.
Experiencia
  • Se requiere algo de experiencia laboral o nivel intermedio de conocimiento obtenido a través de educación, capacitación o experiencia laboral.

Tasa salarial base acorde con la experiencia.
