Position Overview
As a Mobile Tire Service Specialist, you will be on the go, leveraging advanced mobile technology to meet customers' tire requirements. Your role involves operating a state-of-the-art service van to assist customers at their homes or workplaces. Beyond tire installation, you will interact with clients, addressing their inquiries and providing expert advice on tire-related matters. No prior tire installation experience? Key Responsibilities
- Conducting essential tire services (e.g., mounting, balancing, and repairing tires) using a Roll by Goodyear mobile van to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Delivering exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, clarifying the installation process, and fully understanding customer needs.
- Exhibiting thorough knowledge of our products and services, including warranties, promotions, and advertisements.
- Collaborating with the Roll by Goodyear team, including the store network and customer service.
- Enjoying daily autonomy on your route, safely driving the van between appointments while representing Roll by Goodyear.
- Performing safety checks during tire installations.
- Engaging in various physical tasks for extended periods, which may involve lifting, standing, bending, and squatting.
- Opportunity to travel to different locations for training or to assist in training others on new technologies and techniques.
- Prior customer service experience is essential.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- No relocation assistance is available for this position.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
- Experience in tire installation is advantageous (training will be provided if necessary).
- High school diploma or GED.
- A passion for customer service and the ability to provide top-notch service in any situation.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to schedules and solving problems, while also being part of the larger Roll by Goodyear team.
- Strong communication skills to ensure every customer interaction is approachable and informative.
- Comfortable using technology, including mobile applications and tire-changing equipment.
- Excellent time management skills with the flexibility to adapt to varying schedules.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and follow all procedures and guidelines.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed, depending on location.
