Role Responsibilities:


As our Territory Manager, you will be tasked with promoting our comprehensive range of services while ensuring an exceptional client experience.

Your objective? Identify market opportunities, establish enduring relationships, and secure impactful deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify & Cultivate:
Discover significant market opportunities with adjusters, contractors, and institutions, and develop lasting partnerships.

Close & Achieve:
Navigate deals through the sales process, addressing objections and converting opportunities into successes.

Consult & Resolve:
Act as a trusted advisor, providing solutions and estimates directly at loss sites.

Negotiate & Finalize:
Utilize your negotiation expertise to enhance value propositions and develop pricing strategies that lead to successful outcomes.

Qualifications:
Experience:
5-7+ years in Project Management or Estimating Large Loss.

Knowledge:
Familiarity with contents/commercial electronics/reconstruction/mitigation. Proficiency in Xactimate, ICAT, and Encircle is advantageous.

Certifications:
IICRC certifications in Fire, Water, and Mold are highly recommended.

Sales Expertise:
Proven success in sales, marketing, and relationship management.

Initiative:
A self-motivated individual with innovative problem-solving abilities.

Willingness to Travel:
Prepared to travel as necessary to achieve results.
